- My Eco Energy is an end to end transportation fuel business and for the first time in India Indizel an advanced quality fuel which meets the international fuel specification of a EURO 6 EN 590 fuel is being launched. All set to create a disruption in the transportation industry, it will always be priced lower than the prevailing market price of diesel. Our fuel stations will be unique and have an innovative format because they are modular. MEE is embarking this journey with an ambitious plan which is being implemented of setting up in excess of 4000 fuel stations.

- At MEE every state will function as an as an independent business entity. MEE Rajasthan will be focused towards an extensive expansion of opening 2,000 outlets and more. The emphasis will be on strategic planning which would help the organization achieve its goal.

- At MEE Rajasthan we are looking for a person which has an extensive experience in the Projects and handling the entire execution for the same . The ideal fit for the opportunity would be someone who has head the projects team, handled multiple projects on a larger scale.

- Preference would be to candidates who can join us on immediate basis or a maximum of 15 days time frame.

Mentioned below is the job description :

- Validate the project vision and accordingly plan the future activities.

- Prioritize projects based on pre-defined criteria or as per requirements of the top management.

- Plan the project execution activities, budgets, schedule resources, and identify right people, potential suppliers and vendors.

- Manage risk throughout the project implementation

- Coordinate with Govt. authorities for obtaining required approvals/ permits/ clearances

- Coordinate with purchase department for capital purchases and ensure coordination with accounts department for vendor payments

- Appoint Architects/ consultants for project implementation

- Coordinate with architects and consultants to ensure that project is completed within the planned schedule

- Understand all project management controls (scheduling, cost control, procurement & estimating) and development & management of aggressive construction schedules

- Coordinate projects and sub-projects, oversee the development, evaluation and review of plans and criteria for a variety of activities, assess propose plans, projects and selection of equipment.

- Monitor & evaluate contract / contract performance to ensure compliance with contract; recommend action(s) to correct deficiencies

- Work collaboratively with design and engineering managers to ensure project(s) are designed, procured and constructed within the boundaries of the company's best practices while conforming to technical requirements.

- Submit project status reports to top management summarizing adherence to projected timelines and cost

- To ensure that the project vision has been met after project completion and provide for necessary corrections, if any

People Management :

- Motivate and guide the people to achieve their individual targets

- Conduct half-yearly/ annual appraisal of employees in the projects department

- Enable employees through learning programs/ project management skills

Finance :

- Develop budgets for projects

- Review variances in actual vs projected costs

- Review and authorize running account bills
