Ltd.  My Eco Energy is an end to end transportation fuel business and for the first time in India Indizel an advanced quality fuel which meets the international fuel specification of a EURO 6 EN 590 fuel is being launched. All set to create a disruption in the transportation industry; it will always be priced lower than the prevailing market price of diesel. Our fuel stations will be unique and have an innovative format because they are modular. MEE is embarking this journey with an ambitious plan which is being implemented of setting up in excess of 4000 fuel stations.  At MEE every state will function as an as an independent business entity. MEE Maharashtra will be focused towards an extensive expansion of opening 2,000 outlets and more. The emphasis will be on strategic planning which would help the organization achieve its goal.   At MEE- Maharashtra we are looking for a person which has extensive experience in Marketing domain, should be able to design marketing plans, budgets, branding and come up with innovative ideas in sink with the organizational goal. The ideal fit for the opportunity would be someone who has head the Marketing division and been responsible for leading a State / multiple zones, handled huge employee strength   We would require candidates who can join us immediately / in 15 days time frame would be preferred.   Mentioned below is the job description:-   To develop strategic plans for marketing function that shall facilitate growing the revenue of all Indizel product portfolios.   To Provide creative vision, direction and execution for marketing, on-air promotion and merchandising.   To lead the development of a robust market activation plan (including retail consumer promotions, tactical trade promos, and corporate promotions)   To formulate brand strategy for the year and decide on the optimum marketing mix to build brand profitability.   Responsible for Research and developing strategies and plans that identify various marketing opportunities, direct marketing, and new project development, etc.   To overlook marketing budgets, marketing plan of the team.   Responsible for framing tactics & strategies for generating consumer insights and competitive market intelligence used for business decision making.   To look into Marketing forecasting, train the team, manpower planning when required.   To evolve the brand proposition of Indizel and effectively manage the Corporate Campaign.   Responsible for overseeing the CRM and account management team across all geographic sales territories.   To evaluate CRM marketing activity to ensure budgets are managed and used effectively and campaign results are constantly improved.   To work with partners to devise acquisition strategies and campaigns ensuring opportunities for all products are maximized.   Responsible for coordination with functional heads in deciding new product development plan, Product re-launch, promotion plans and execution, pricing decisions, etc.   To maintain a network of prominent media personnel and works with senior management to create responses for use in dealing with the media.   To plan and coordinate public affairs, and communications efforts, to include public relations and community outreach.   To supervise the planning and development of company marketing and communications materials.   To Develop and track metrics and success criteria for all marketing programs and activities.   Responsible for global marketing programs (including events and branding initiatives) and territory marketing: (working closely with the sales team to identify and roll out key Marketing initiatives to support sales growth)   Develops, manages and implements corporate communications plan and programs, including public and media relations; internal and external corporate Web sites; agency communications; and other types of programs.   Key Account Management:   To ensure that flexible marketing programs are developed for the key accounts (retailers and institutions) for retaining them in the loyal customer portfolio and to ensure that they become brand ambassadors for the company.   People Management:   To Work in close coordination with brand and market research personnel to ensure smooth operations of the marketing function and meeting the marketing goals..   To assist the sales and the relationship management teams with development and communication of effective sales strategies and supports the selling activities.   Commercial :   To develop and manage marketing budgets, and oversee the development and management of internal operating budgets.   To Develop and administer marketing database which includes client and prospect information, mailing list applications, access to financial reports, etc   Vendor Management:   Maintains a network of prominent media personnel and works with senior management to create responses for use in dealing with the media.   To manage the relationships with PR companies, advertisement agencies and other vendors to ensure achievement of the required level of PR activities.
