Purpose of this role
- Responsible for ensuring and improving the performance, productivity, efficiency and profitability of Company Owned & Company Operated outlets.
Role & Responsibility:
- A strategist & implementer with recognized proficiency in spearheading business with an aim to accomplish corporate plans & goals successfully
- Responsible for targeted revenues and growth of the COCO (Company Owned Company Operated) business and determine the long term strategic objectives of the business.
- Responsible for targeted enrolments of the COCO outlets and to ensure incremental revenues and also implement the expansion strategy of the COCO business for a quantum leap in growth of revenues
- Coordinate with support functions like P&E, Marketing, Finance & Accounts, logistics & Sales Operations to achieve overall business objectives.
- Manage costs aggressively across all the COCO outlets through innovative methods and achieve desired profitability
- Develop and coordinate marketing programmes as required
- Develop annual business and marketing plans and work closely with the Territory Managers to track success and failure.
Responsible for planning, developing and implementing sales program in the Zone.
- Develop dash board on business performance to keep all the stakeholders updated and take feedback for development.
- Train, and mentor the staff to deliver best experience to our customers and consumers.
- To be responsible for Business Development & COCO Retail Operations. (P & L Role).
- Generates ideas about future COCO retail activities to ensure a cutting-edge strategy; maintains up to date information of the market place, competitors and trends.
- Take decisions and manages the daily operations of the COCO business including planning of resources.
- To ensure the delivery of operational KPIs and sales & profitability plan across COCO outlets.
- Translates the strategic goals into COCO retail operational plans to achieve the required targeted growth in sales and profit; identifies and optimizes promotional opportunities.
Qualifications:
- The candidate is expected to have good project and time management skills; knowledge of Business and management principles, strong analytical, organization and leadership skills and should demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively.
- The candidate should be Post Graduates in Management from a premier institute with an experience of 10-15 years with at least 5 years of leading or heading a business unit.
