Role we- re hiring for: Business Analyst

At MXV, a Business Analyst is an integral part of the project team. The work involves creation of frameworks, intense research and fact finding, data analysis, and working with client teams to drive change. There is constant client interaction and the opportunity to work with top management teams. Analysts get to learn about different industries and domains with every assignment. In addition, there are several internal initiatives to get involved in. All Analysts are an integral part of our knowledge creation programme.

The Business Analyst role is typically an under-graduate position. We hire candidates from top 10 engineering colleges, and the leading commerce and arts colleges. Prior business experience is not a must, but a passion for learning and - making a difference- is critical.

Interested-

As an organisation, we take recruitment very seriously and devote considerable time and effort to ensure the right fit for the candidate and the company. Typically, this will include 2 to 3 rounds of case-based discussions. For candidates based outside of Bangalore, this may be arranged telephonically.
