Role & Designation : Managing Director Industry : Retail Location : Mumbai Age : Not more than 40 years Desired profile - Qualifications : Qualified Chartered Accountant and preferably a qualified company secretary. - Experience : Around 15 years of experience in retail industry controlling the manufacturing, sales, marketing, finance, HR, logistics & ERP functions. - Language : English and local language. Ideal Profile - 12-20 years of experience in retail, FMCG/ Consumer Durable industry. - Candidate should be preferably working as Managing Director/CEO/COO/ Business Head/ Country Manager Role from last 8-10 years and is responsible for the complete profit & loss for the company. Past Experience with working for a European / Global / International Company would be an advantage. - Good understanding of P&L and other functions required to successfully operate a subsidiary. - Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements. - Willingness to travel and work throughout the country and internationally. - Ability to architect and drive change. - Ability to lead in a global, matrix environment - Experience in cost management (and restructuring). Job Description: - Formulating and successfully implementing company policy.
