MuvInn is a startup venture by IITians. MuvInn solves the problem of finding fully furnished, fully equipped homes for rent. At MuvInn we ensure that every MuvInn home is quality standardized, equipped with all the amenities and is ready to move-in in real sense of the word.

We are looking for Director - Sales, who can set up the sales operations of the company and drive sales of MuvInn solutions and services to home owners

Responsibilities :

- Plan the overall sales strategy

- Identify the Potential Sales Target and Sales

- Pitching, Negotiation, Contracting and Signing up of Clients

- Managing End to End Client Relations in terms of property management, inspections, issue resolution, support

- Hiring to scale the sales operation team

- Allocate the targets to sales team

- Managing the team and Revenue Targets

- Ensuring Client Satisfaction

Location: Noida

Education: We value your skills, experience, commitment and hunger to excel more than your degrees

Should be willing to travel locally and intracity, should own a vehicle

Requirements :

- 2 to 5 years of sales and relationship management experience

- Experience in Real Estate is a bonus

- Ability to crack deals and win clients

- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets. Allocation of targets and formulating incentive plans to the team

- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English as well as the local language

- Team management experience

- Organization skills of maintaining managing and scaling the team

- Highly Motivated and enthusiastic to achieve the impossible

Salary : Salary will be market standards and equity options will be considered for the right candidate
