YOUR ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: We are currently hiring a Digital Marketing Specialist/Growth Hacker who will be responsible for delivering effective marketing campaigns. This is a cross-functional role that works closely with the marketing, sales teams, product management, technology teams to conceptualize, and launch features and campaigns that will increase usage, traffic and revenue. Your role will be (but not limited) to: - Develop digital marketing strategy by identifying customer cohorts and their current and future needs, working with the product team on new launches, tracking changes in supply and demand, and monitoring the competition. - Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, database marketing, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns. - Contributes to marketing effectiveness by identifying short-term and long-range issues that must be addressed. - Measures and reports performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assesses against goals (ROI and KPIs). - Monitors and maintains our social media presence. WHAT YOU HAVE: - 2-5 years of relevant work experience in digital marketing - Master's / Bachelor's degree or equivalent, preferably in Marketing/Business administration - Experience in setting up and managing SEO/SEM, email, social media campaigns - Experience and working experience of website and marketing analytical tools - Digital first creative thinking and ideation bases on campaign objectives - Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - You are a highly goal-oriented individual who is resilient in their pursuit of growth. - You are open minded, curious and a strong problem solver. WE'LL BE EXCITED IF YOU BRING: - Prior experience in FinTech/EdTech and eCommerce is a plus - Deep understanding of GenZ and millennial audiences online.
