Main Task: To Analyse the Product Risk, Operational Risk and Use Data for Planning and to Develop New Loan Product. Areas of Responsibility: - Introduce best practices in the sector based on benchmarking with competition and tracking key market related parameters. - Help grow the book with good book quality. Monitor and report the portfolio under management to senior management, Risk Reviews committee etc. - Develop and monitor adherence of credit policies and triggers in the organization through process audit, process walk through etc. - Develop various MIS and support tools to facilitate improvement efficiencies in collections, credit, sales etc. - Credit underwriting of select high risk/ high value deals/ recommend deviation parameters. - Bring out the best use of data to facilitate business, like scorecards, micro segmentation, loss projections, early warning indicators etc. - Major Deliverables Monitor and ensure adherence of the business arrangements like credit costs, regulatory requirements etc. - Portfolio monitoring (Including Risk Analytics). - Create dashboards &amp; metrics for monitoring the portfolio. - Tracking portfolio behaviour &amp; forecasting trends. - Using risk management tools to analyse the portfolio. - Ensure adherence to triggers / controls as specified from time to time. - Create MIS on a monthly basis and send relevant reports to senior management. - Do market Research and understand the need of new Product, Develop third Party product. - Development of Product which improve the profitability and improve the livelihood of customer . - Development of policies &amp; amendments according to the changing business environment &amp; business goals. - Ensure that the objective of maximizing business while optimizing risk is always achieved. - Benchmarking best practices in the industry and incorporating the same in business through constant innovations. - Visit markets to understand the local practices and possible challenges and incorporate those learnings in the product/ process improvements. - Monitor and report adherence of credit policies. - Incorporate learnings through innovative product and process innovations
