1. Understands and creates the customer profiling based on customer behavior.

2. Model building on optimal collections approaches.

3. Building collection KPI and predicting other key metrics.

4. Monitoring of portfolio performance and take data driven decisions.

5. Running controlled experiments / tests and designed to improve collections performance against the set KPIs.

6. Guiding FoS to improve the metrics and necessary pitch.

7. Maintain cross-functional relations to leverage ideas and opportunities.
