As the Lead Branding & Marketing at Muskaan Dreams, you will play a crucial role in advancing our mission of providing a digital promise to every child. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be based in Noida and responsible for driving the organization's brand narrative, visibility, trust, and perception. Your creative and innovative approach, coupled with strong communication and team-building skills, will contribute to building a compelling brand presence. This leadership position requires a strategic mindset, a passion for social impact, and a proven track record in marketing and branding, especially in the digital space.

1. Brand Narrative
- Develop and articulate a compelling brand narrative aligned with Muskaan Dreams' mission and values.
- Ensure consistent communication of the brand story across all channels.
2. Brand Visibility
- Strategize and execute plans to enhance the visibility of the Muskaan Dreams brand.
- Develop and implement innovative marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness.
3. Brand Trust
- Build and nurture trust in the Muskaan Dreams brand through transparent and authentic communication.
- Implement strategies to strengthen customer and stakeholder confidence in the brand.
4. Brand Look and Feel
- Define and maintain the visual identity and aesthetics of the Muskaan Dreams brand.
- Ensure a cohesive and appealing brand look and feel across various platforms.
5. Brand Perception
- Monitor and analyze market trends to adapt and enhance brand perception.
- Implement strategies to influence public perception of Muskaan Dreams positively

Qualifications & Experience required:
- 8+ Years: Demonstrative experience in marketing and branding roles.
- Corporate Background: Strong foundation in corporate marketing.
- Start-up, PR Agency: Experience in dynamic environments like startups and PR agencies.
- Marketing, Branding: Proven track record in marketing and branding initiatives.
- Digital Marketing: Expertise in leveraging digital channels for brand promotion.
- Built Brand Previously: Successfully contributed to building a brand in previous roles.
- Master's degree in a related field of study, e.g. Management, education, Master in Communications/Marketing
Compensation: 18-20 LPA
