We're looking for someone to lead our financial operations for next generation of travel services Your responsibilities will be to: 1. Establish and lead the company's finance team. 2. Prepare financial forecasts, detailed budget plans and risk analyses with the CEO/directors 3. Lead the initiatives for fund raising through Private Equity and Venture capitals, company valuation etc. 4. Lead fund raising activities, investor meetings and management presentations to key investors 5. Experience in Corporate Strategy - Evaluate strategic alliances and partnership opportunities 6. Guard the company's financial stability, develop yield efficiencies and cost control measures 7. Develop strong relationships with our banking partners and continually seek better terms Travel to, and represent us at financial meetings outside the city/country when necessary. You will need to have A degree in finance with an CA/CFA
