Qualified CA/ICWA Graduates with minimum 3 years of experience post qualification

1. Responsible for Accounting and review of Stock / Receivables/Payables

2. Inventory accounting and review of Inventory aging . Conducting physical stock verification

3. Receivables - Aging review, De-locking, Dealer reconciliation

4. Payables - Creditors aging review, advance and deposits review, vendor reconciliation

5. Approvals of payments on a daily basis

6. Ensuring hygiene of transactions

7. Ensuring controls with respect to Dispatch/Payments/Receipts

8. Updation and Review of all Accounting Schedules

9. Reviewing GST/Other Tax/Statutory compliances

10. Insurance claim processing, coverage adequacy, and coordinate with Insurance company

11. Preparation and circulation of Variance analysis to the Operating team

12. Circulation of weekly MIS on Variable/Fixed costs

13. Providing inputs for the preparation of the Annul Business Plan

14. Review of expenses and circulation of exceptional reports

15. Fixed Asset Accounting

16. Ensuring proper accounting of transactions and complying to the Accounting standards

17. Audit Co-ordination
