We are seeking a dynamic and proactive RevOps Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with our customers, driving engagement initiatives, and identifying opportunities for upselling and advocacy.

This role requires candidates to work from 2 pm to 10 pm in a remote work setup.

Responsibilities:

- Data, Reporting, and Insights: (Must have)

- Responsible for maintaining CRM and other sources of data, both internal and customer-generated

- Provide actionable insights to the team based on the above-said data

- Publish and maintain weekly/monthly/quarterly reports of key metrics (activities and outcomes)

- Work on computing the team attainment for all roles in sales success and account management and work with finance to provide the correct target attainment for variable payout

Tool Management: (Must have)

- Maintain and keep the tools used by the team up to date

- Be the go-to person for any tool training for the team

- Team Enablement: (Good to have)

- Work with the team and management to build processes and structures

- Help put together the playbooks for multiple roles within the team

- Provide onboarding support for new team members

Qualifications:

- 5-8 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, marketing operations, or related roles within the tech industry.

- Strong understanding of CRM tools and sales enablement technologies

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations to improve revenue performance.
