We are headquartered in Singapore, but our team is remote.

What will you be doing?

- Devise the product vision and strategy: define both long term strategy and quarterly roadmap to achieve the product vision and create impact by driving up customer satisfaction and efficiency.

- Collaborate with ops, engineering, design and other product teams to build products that customers love. Produce high-quality product specifications and effectively prioritise and manage the scope of each product launch to deliver products and features which create timely impact

- Think strategically and creatively to gain product and customer feedback. Drive market research, competitive analysis and business metrics to uncover pain points and customer expectations.

- Have complete responsibility for delivering the metrics for product experiences.

- Ensure a cohesive customer experience involving all Multiplier products and touchpoints

- Work closely with director of product, product managers, account manager, customer support and operations teams to define, build and scale the line of product experiences

- Analyse the market and follow competitors in the industry

An essential part of your role would be creating, measuring & monitoring metrics against the efficient, reliability & speed goals as well as reporting out the roadmap & metrics to the leadership team

What do we need?

- 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in managing Customer Experience

- Bachelor's degree in related field of study or equivalent work experience

- Passionate about solving customer problems and crafting experiences that are elegant and effective.

- Experience working with customers, technical teams, and management to collect requirements, describe software product features and technical designs

- Experience with qualitative and quantitative methodologies to understand customers & the ability to explore and structure customers' requirements

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Experience using Agile Methodologies and Tools

- Previous experience running a/b experiments to test hypotheses

- Create content assets to drive leads, subscribers, awareness, and/or other important metrics (examples include ebooks, whitepapers, infographics, guides, templates, etc.)

- Grow our subscriber base for all forms of content by providing them with regular, helpful content that's aligned with their needs and interests.

- Collaborate with designers, product marketers, sales professionals, and external influencers and industry experts to produce relevant content that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our audience.
