Multiplier IT Solutions - Technical Program Manager

We are looking for database Lead with experience in building high-performing, scalable, enterprise-grade applications for 10-50 Million records

Responsibilities :

- This role requires you to be a strong hands-on database development ability

- You will report to the top technical Leadership team in the company and be part of Scrum teams managing 8-12 people.

- Must have Architect level experience - Technical architect, Solution Architect, System Architect, Enterprise Architect

- Need to be able to work as a database programmer/ administrator From time to time

- Should be open to work as an individual contributor role

- Must have strong program management and stakeholder management experience

- Be responsible for the end to end ownership of a technology team, including setting the technical vision for developing our systems to serve the client needs

- Create, Prioritize communicate maintain and execute product roadmaps

- Problem-solving skills and the abilities to analyze quantitatively, scope technical requirements and effectively prioritize program deliverables.

- Has to lead development and implementation of new versions of Product with emphasis on a large database, performance optimization.

- Proficient in MS-SQL database Development.

- Experience with MS-SQL database design, implementation, performance tuning, and capacity planning.

- Experience in Azure optimization

- Application development using Microsoft SQL Server, Azure, with front end interfaces (40%)

- Good team player with strong analytical, communication, and troubleshooting skills.

- Able to work under pressure and multi-tasking capabilities

- Experiencing in troubleshooting very large database issues, maintaining database systems availability and scalability.

- Understanding business objectives and developing models that help to achieve them, along with metrics to track their progress

- Analyzing the ML algorithms that could be used to solve a given problem and ranking them by their success probability

- Deploying models to production an AZURE

- Experience with STAR schema concepts is a MUST have.

- Managing large scale database system is a plus.

- Microsoft SQL Server 2012 or higher

- Microsoft Business Intelligence suite (SSRS, SSIS, SSAS)

- Awareness of Machine Learning, Big Data Technology

- Other Business Intelligence reporting technologies

- Knowledge of mobile dev (android), front-end technologies and big data is a plus
