Multi Family Office Advisor

Job Locations: Mumbai / Delhi / Pune / Hyderabad / Ahmedabad / Chennai

Job Responsibilities:

- Build and manage client portfolios, including end-to-end development and management of customized portfolio construction, manager selection, investment policy statement construction, portfolio implementation, and ongoing portfolio rebalances and reviews

- Understand the client's risk appetite, short term, and long-term goals

- Initiates and coordinates the primary investing decisions in fulfilling the client family investment objectives under the direction of the family leaders

- Assist in developing an overall investment strategy based on the client's risk/reward profile, objectives, and constraints with an understanding of traditional and alternative investment managers

- Focus on building relationships by understanding various investment and non-investment related needs and offer solutions through in house & external service partners

- Develop deeper understanding across related areas like direct taxes, real estate, estate planning, amongst others

- Develop a knowledge of the client's entire financial and family situation and be able to structure a goals-based investment and financial plan.

- Coordinates efforts with other in-house and outsourced financial professionals to minimize risk and maximize returns

- Seek to establish a level of trust and confidence with the client so that any financial issue can be addressed and solutions offered.

- Ability to establish client investment objectives including risk tolerance, asset allocation, and cash requirements

Job Requirements:

- MBA-Finance / CA / CFA or equivalent qualification

- 5 years or above experience in Portfolio Management or Financial Advisory Services

- Strong Networking and Relationship Building skills

- Good communication - written & verbal and presentation skills

- Good business acumen, problem-solving ability

- Excellent analytical skills
