- Coaches and leads team in new business acquisition initiatives.

- Able to establish quick rapport and trust from the range of clients through their thorough knowledge and understanding of the process.

- Strong media contact points.

- To formulate client campaigns, press conferences and events for all accounts.

- Digital, Social Media and Media Relations subject matter expert.

- Business planning and budget development.

- Able to research and analyze target markets.

- A primary responsibility will be to effectively train their staff in all elements of their job description, and also responsible for the evaluation and training of their staff.

- Skilled in Strategic and Crisis Communications, Media Relations, Corporate Communications, Reputation Management, and Internal Communications.

- Client and Media research for all accounts.

- Formulating strategic media and non-media plans.

- Develop Brand building strategies and solutions, Brand establishment, Brand launching and Brand sustaining plans.

- Analyze brands placement in the market through surveys, reports etc.

- Develop Promotional Strategies for international and domestic brands.

- Day-to-day correspondence with the clients, as well as with the media.

- Developing collaterals for the clients in conjunction with the creative team. Value addition on different forums.

- Ideating on maximum media impact.

- Cross Promotional activities.

- Develop and Maintain contacts with all key clients in the market area to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
