KRA:
1. To develop strategies that helps in maximizing revenues from current clients( food brands) or new clients at unit level or group level
2. Identify trendsetting ideas by researching the industry
3. Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential business partners- pan india brands, local brands, etc
4. Work with individual brands to review how additional business (GMV) can be generated at unit level
5. Achieve target matrix at unit level or brand wise -GMV, AOV, orders per day, etc
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Analytical mindset: ability to leverage data to make informed decisions
- Ability to create scalable processes and define SOPs
- Ability to manage Team & Self-motivated
- Strong sales, negotiations and communication skills
- Out of box thinking for lead generation/prospective clients
Qualifications/ Exposure /Background:
- Any Degree
- 10 years experience in Revenue management- QSR/cloud kitchens/FMCG/E commerce
Duties & Responsibilities:
Financial Indicators:
- Responsible for achieving revenue monthly/quarterly/annual revenue targets
- Generate monthly revenue reports for Management review
Customer Orientation:
- Manage relationships with clients (food brands)
- Work closely with current clients on the marketing strategies to ensure revenue growth
Process Indicators:
- Defined process/protocols to review unit wise and brand wise revenue generation, gap and targeted revenues
Learning & Development:
- Ensuring training programs for the development and growth of team.
- Ensuring the periodical confirmations & appraisals of the team
