Mukunda Foods - Regional Sales Manager - South
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for movement of complete sales funnel for respective region and complete sales cycle meeting sales and profit targets set along with Management Team
- Developing and sourcing a strong pipeline of prospective clients and qualified leads;
- Facilitating pre-sales process for new leads, including first contact, discovery phase, meetings and contract negotiation
- Creating a strong team, Lead it from front and grow as business leader
- Create and execute a sales strategy for allocated product range and region
- Responsible to handle key customers in a region and customer success
- Handle inbound and outbound direct sales from respective region from different target segments from HORECA and other customer segments
- Establishes productive, professional relationships with key channel partners
- Appoint new channel partners as well as develop the competency of weak channel partners across the region, guide them to handle target segment
- Develop and maintain demo partners in assigned territory
- Collaborates closely with Hotels/ Restaurants/ Bakery/ Commercial kitchen planners/Consultants to generate business and provides technical guidance and training.
- Responsible for Training internal as well as resellers teams to effectively sell products
- Use CRM tool effectively for customer engagement/business generation, tracking key parameters
- Responsible for data analysis, understanding business trends to guide the team
- Incumbent must have strong technical and sales competence in Kitchen Appliances/ Commercial kitchen appliances
- Work with cross functional teams like production, after sales, R&D for customer success of key customers
- Organizing own marketing activities in order to promote the expertise and brand of Mukunda Foods and representing Mukunda Foods by attending external conferences and industry events
Required Skills :- Graduation in hospitality, economics, marketing, engineering or other relevant fields
- 4-7 years of B2B Sales/ business development experience in kitchen equipment firms
- Technical understanding of Kitchen Appliances for the planning of commercial kitchens.
- Structured and target-oriented approach
- Proven results in the area of B2B Kitchen solutions sales to large enterprises
- Extensive business network within the one or more of the above industries
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Ideally knows about the market and the target groups with a network of experts in the commercial kitchen planning
- Strong in presentation and communication
- Flexible and a willingness to travel
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast paced, performance-oriented startup environment.
- Ability to handle large sets of data, identify meaningful insights
- Enthusiastic, Positive approach and believes in success

- Manage both his/her clients, Distributor and vendors on a personal level
