Who are we looking for : We are looking for a smart and talented Product Manager for our new line of B2C product. As a team member of the product team you will be closely interacting with research and development, production, sales and marketing team and your roles and responsibilities will include : - Define and develop a go-to market strategy for kitchen robotic products. - Employ a range of qualitative (user discovery research, focus groups, usability studies, etc.), quantitative (surveys, analytics, market research, etc) data for enabling us to find the product market fit, analyse the overall market and take decisions based on the same. - Take upcoming products into the market within the stipulated time. - Test various sales &amp; marketing channels to prove a successful GTM strategy for the product - Work with supply chain, production, finance, R&amp;D, external vendors &amp; shareholders of the company to bring the product into the market - Should be presentable to MNC boards, CXO's &amp; negotiate deals if required What are we looking for : As a successful candidate you must have - Min 3-5 years of relevant experience as a product manager - BE/Btech in any stream with a degree in management from a business school - Should be able to work in a lean environment, should not worry about putting foot on the street - Be willing to go an extra mile for the customer - A willing to keep going under repeated failures - Having experience in consumer durables product lifecycle is a plus - Should have taken products into market Job location - Bangalore, India
