Who are we looking for: We are looking for a Head of Marketing to join our fast paced Product Engineering team. You will partner closely with the sales, engineering, program management and operations teams throughout the product life cycle to enable product success. Your roles and responsibilities will include: - Bring in an understanding about the customer and work in a way to identify the segment that derives high value from the products &amp; offerings of the company. The candidate should be able to segment the market for existing products, work on campaigns to target prospects, &amp; convert them into customers. - The candidate will be responsible to also identify various segments for upcoming products &amp; work on MVP's to identify the product market fit. - His role would be to work closely with the sales team in-order to develop a customer segment &amp; work towards increasing referral customer base. - He will be responsible for working with digital marketing agency (both adwords &amp; social media), create and deploy a content strategy &amp; maintain the overall brand image of the company wherever communication is involved. - The person will have to be efficient in measuring the cost of customer acquisition and optimizing the same via various channels. What are we looking for in you: - Minimum 5-7 years of prior experience of working in plastic and sheet metal mouldings. - BE/BTech in Mechanical Engineering from a reputed institute. - Hands on ability in value engineering - Should have worked on a product currently under mass manufacturing. - Understand and document project requirements. - Knowledge of product development and sound project management skills - Good knowledge in design and concept selection. - Knowledge of FMEA and DFMA. - Good proficiency of working in Solidworks.
