Mukunda Foods is one of a kind F&B Automation and Robotics company. We make robots that cook food automatically. We have the largest deployed base of kitchen robots globally and helped 3000+kitchens across 27 countries to address the challenge of trained labour shortage & helped F&B brands expand astronomically.

Our flagship products are:-

1. Biryani machine- Makes biryani automatically

2. Wokie - Makes all wok-based dishes automatically (Pasta, Noodles, Fried Rice, Gravies, Soup)

3. Automatic Eco-Fryer (Fish & Chips, finger food etc.)

4. E-Pan (Grilling burger patties, flatbreads & making omelets).

5. DosaMatic- An automatic dosa making machine And many more technologies in the making (like an automatic pizza vending machines) Top 75% of Indian brands are our customers & we have started our global expansin too. We are currently working with reputed F&B companies and Kitchens such as Dominos, Holy Cow UK, Food Panda Singapore, Rebel Foods, Ola Foods, ITC, Swiggy, Chaayos, wow momo etc.

We have two biz verticals:-

1- Product sales in India & globally

2- KAAS (ktichen as a service) where we set up fully automated cloud kitchen factories.

Designation- AVP Products

Objectives of this Role :-

- The company has multiple products & you need to take ownership of multiple products

- Drive the product and business-planning process across cross-functional teams of the company

- Build detailed product road map and strategy to execute the same

- Analyze consumer needs, current market trends, and potential partnerships from an ROI

- Assess current competitor offerings, seeking opportunities for differentiation

- Analyze product requirements and develop appropriate programs to ensure they're successful achieved

- Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments

- Appraise new product ideas and strategize appropriate to-market plans

Daily and Monthly Responsibilities :-

- Drive the execution of all product lifecycle processes for products, including product research, market research, competitive analysis, planning, positioning, roadmap development, requirements development, and product launch

- Translate product strategy into detailed requirements for prototype construction and final product development by engineering teams

- Create product strategy documents that describe business cases, high-level use cases, technical requirements, revenue, and ROI

- Analyze market data to develop sales strategies, and define product objectives for effective marketing communications plans

- Collaborate closely with engineering, production, marketing, and sales teams on the development, QA, and release of products and balance of resources to ensure success for the entire organization

- Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates Mukunda Foods and its features across primary market segments

Skills and Qualifications:-

- Strong experience in a dynamic product management role

- Should have experience in non-tech products as well

- Proven experience overseeing all elements of the product development lifecycle

- Highly effective cross-functional team management

- Previous experience delivering finely-tuned product marketing strategies

- Exceptional writing and editing skills combined with strong presentation and public speaking skills

Preferred Qualifications :-

- B tech & MBA from tier-1 colleges

- Previous experience in product development and GTM

- Proven experience working as a product developer in a managerial role
