- Responsible for achieving sales target for Large format stores.
- Driving business & responsible for achieving top lines & profitability of the channels
- Sales planning and making strategies to achieve targets given to Key Accounts team.
- Spearheading business development initiatives by associating with new LFS partner & establishing company's business association with them.
- Inventory Planning & Merchandising.
- Planning for liquidation of old season stocks through value format stores.
- Managing the Line of activities to boost the sale.
- Controlling Channel pay-out & manpower cost.
- Competition mapping & sustaining market share in LFS channel.
- Credit Control
- Manage entire operational part of the channel for the smooth functioning of the business.
