Job Description

Designation: Executive / Senior Executive

Location: Bangalore

About the role:

The role involves working with employees across experience levels, diverse teams, geographies and backgrounds by building on existing training programs or creating innovative training programs. Your primary goal is to enhance the learning & teaching experience. You will be responsible for identifying the training need for a particular group based on the kind of work they are/will be engaged in and subsequently create a curriculum to meet the need and demand. You should be comfortable collaborating with our trainers and mentors on how to use proven instructional methods and also evaluate the current state thereby creating a sense of disequilibrium. Use this as an impetus to explore alternatives to current teaching practices.

We are looking for:

- Excellent communication skills - verbal and written

- A knowledge on adult learning theory

- Have both content and instructional expertise

- Working independently and collaboratively to design (curriculum & content) and deliver engaging learning programs with an intention of not only meeting training needs, but to create more well-rounded professionals

- Ability to use a variety of new and innovative learning aids and resources to meet the training needs & requirements by ensuring an efficient and interactive learning experience

- Ability to build relationships with the various stakeholders to understand the goals for their respective teams and develop recommended solutions

- Ensure the implementation of the adopted curriculum

- Continuously strive towards improving the quality of training programs

- Continuously open to learning and not be held down by - best practices- or other HR jargons

- Ability to give and receive feedback without unnecessary - nice- filters

- Not to be perturbed about interacting with the leadership team and engaging in an insightful discussions/conversations

- Ability to work in a high pressure and highly dynamic environment

Education Qualification & Experience:

- A knowledge on Adult Learning Theory and Principles

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in an educational institution

- B.Ed., M.Ed. or Ph.D. in some educational background

Salary Range: 5-8 LPA
