MTR Foods - Manager - Quality Assurance

Responsibilities of QA Manager at MTR Foods:

1. To develop and ensure that production of all MTR manufactured products completely fulfills customer agreements from point of view of costs and quality in order to secure the competitiveness of the company and jobs in long term.

2. To develop and drive Quality management and assurance systems in MTR.

3. To develop and drive Continuous Improvement plan with respect to QMS and Operational efficiency by building in defect free processes.

4. To institute robust processes with - quality by design thought and build capabilities and operational structures to drive to zero defects.

5. The role would be responsible to work on identifying opportunities for improvement in process and packing lines in line with our QMS principles.

6. The role would be responsible to identify process gaps and build mistake proofing or zero defect process.

7. The role would be responsible to analyse the current defects and process capabilities of processing and packaging.

8. The role would be responsible to carrying out process capability analysis.

9. The role would be responsible to building SQC and SPC methodologies across plant processes.

10. The role would be responsible to drive compliance to Internal Orkla Food Safety standards, BRC standards, EIA standards and other relevant standards which company would like to adhere to.

11. The role would be responsible to build systems on RCA and corrective action implementation.

12. The role would have complete responsibility on complaint closure and ensure repetitive complaint eliminations.

13. The role would be responsible to implement change across process and transform MTR from QC culture to QA culture.

5. Deviation reduction.

Education and Experience:

B.Sc/B.Tech./M.Sc in any of the following areas: Chemistry/Microbiology/Food Technology/Engineering.

Experience of over 8 + years in Quality Assurance in FMCG/Pharma.

Experience on statistical process control and use of different QC tools.
