Job Description:
- Talent Acquisition : Recruitment of White Collar employees through internal data bank, referencing, job portals & with the help of hiring agencies.
- Induction and Orientation: Initiating contact with offered candidates and address their queries to improve candidate engagement. Designing and executing unit level induction programs and orientation processes for new joiners to facilitate their effective assimilation within the unit.
- Performance Management: Executing unit specific performance management framework and initiatives, managing the appraisal cycles and CRR process.
- Employee Development: Coordinating and Participating to execute unit level training and development initiatives.
- Employee engagement: Identifying the key factors influencing the employee engagement levels of the unit and develop metrics to track the same.
- Employee Grievance Management: Executing unit level resolution process for Employee Grievances.
Salary Range: 6.5 - 8.5 LPA
