Responsibilities :  Investor relations support function. Interaction with various research analysts, fund managers.  Pricing decision making and evaluation of new business models.  Leading the annual budgeting and forecasting function.   Compiling monthly / quarterly Consolidated MIS (variance of actuals vis-a-vis budgets) with the help / inputs of respective MIS team members from all verticals.  Cash flow planning and interactions with bankers for various limits enjoyed by the group.  Statutory Audit (will be the SPOC for statutory auditors) and consolidation of accounts every quarter/year. Will be very well supported by our respective MIS team members. Preparing quarterly results.  Key support in all finance led initiatives.  Skills Required:  Strong technical and analytical skills   Proactive approach to problem solving  Financial Modeling  Team player  Expert knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint  Qualification :  Chartered Accountant (Minimum of 3-5 years practical experience in business support, Analyst / finance / Treasury Management, Credit / Risk Analyst functions of with at least 2 years Managerial role to a reporting to a Senior like MD/CFO/Business Head. Validated expertise in all Business processes and related fields)
