Mswipe - Product Manager - Mobile Application/Payment Solutions

- Understanding requirements, helping to define a product vision and strategy, and working with world-class engineers to execute it. Assume ownership of products including defining scope and developing requirements for new and advanced products as well as upgrades and progressive releases for existing products.

- Proven ability to work in cross-functional environments including sales, marketing, business management, customer support and engineering teams.

- Track record of successful collaboration with a product development team or organization.

- Ability to solve complex issues to achieve objectives and deliver results on multiple projects in a complex, fast-moving environment.

- Strong business management and analysis skills. P&L experience a plus.

- Should have owned complete product lifecycle from conceptualization to release and roadmap.

- Help create product vision and strategy, product roadmaps as well as detailed specification of product requirements, workflows and user stories.

- Work with clients and internally to define platform product requirements and organizational readiness for product rollouts.

- Build and share domain knowledge. Drive product documentation and training.

- Act as Platform product evangelist both internally and externally, drive best practice research and benchmarking to build best in class solutions.

OTHER SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES

- A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or an equivalent in work experience. MBA is optimal, not required.

- Minimum 2-4 years of experience is required in the field of product management, or relevant industry experience.

- Experience in the payments/BFSI industry highly desirable.

- Demonstrate technical proficiency and effectiveness working closely with Software Engineers, Architects and QA.

- Must demonstrate a strong ability to drive execution of complex and enterprise level technology solutions.

- Strong communication skills including written and verbal are necessary

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills required.

- Highly organized, detail-oriented and possessing a high level of integrity

- Great team player that works well in collaborative situation

- Strong written and oral communication skills
