We're on the lookout for experienced professionals as Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) and Investor Relations professional to join our team and contribute to the company's growth and success. Responsibilities:

Budgeting, Forecasting, and Long-Term Planning:

- Manage the end-to-end budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning process.

- Develop and maintain robust financial models that adapt to dynamic business changes.

Financial Analysis:

- Analyze actual financial performance against budgets/forecasts and previous years.

- Provide detailed and timely insights to stakeholders, supporting decision-making processes.

KPI Analysis:

- Conduct in-depth analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business growth.

- Update management on the Lifetime Value (LTV) and Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) at a product and segment level.

Strategic Planning:

- Assist in developing financial forecasts with reasonable assumptions on business drivers to support long-term strategic planning.

Presentation for the board:

- Overview strategy board deck and investor note for the investors' quarterly board meet

Investor meetings:

- Be available for handling potential fund-raise for Equity partners such as investment firms and investment banks

Industry Research and Stakeholder Alignment:

- Prepare industry research and align relevant stakeholders on industry KPIs and competitive landscape.

Digital Finance Transformation:

- Lead and deliver on Digital Finance transformation initiatives by identifying areas for technology adoption and streamlining using Metabase.

Ad Hoc Analysis: Perform ad hoc analysis as needed to assist in management decision-making.

Key Requirements:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) or MBA (Finance).

- 3-6 years of prior experience in a similar FP&A role is preferred.

- Strong experience as a business partner, providing decision support and enabling strategic initiatives to improve financial performance.

- Excellent analytical skills and a strong business acumen.

- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

- Proficiency in MS Office, with a focus on MS Access.

- Familiarity with ERP Systems is preferred.
