Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

mSupply Ecommerce India Pvt. Ltd. is a B2B platform for building materials. We connect the B2B customers with the suppliers (building material suppliers) and delivering the best quote to the customers (Builders/contractors/Architects).

Your key roles with us :

- To forge new banking alliances with online and/or brick-n- mortar companies, having a large, loyal and captive customer base, for acquiring affluent and emerging B,C,D class of builders and suppliers.

- To engage with prospective partners at executive, business development, and field operations level to ensure goal alignment. And joint customer success and facilitate end use monitoring of spend from builders and suppliers.

- To drive the partnership strategy with top banking players in the e commerce and offline space.

- To evaluate prospective partners for technical and business fit with the company strategy.

- To design business models with alliance partners on a digital platform to bring system efficiencies and higher sales conversions.

- To shepherd deals through internal processes from the negotiation to launch stage.

- To co-create CVP & working along with Product & Sales team to maximize client penetration and revenue.

- To work with various internal teams: Product, Marketing, Compliance, Legal and Sales to roll out the alliance.

- To ensure regulatory compliance across various processes designed.

- To lead cross-functional internal teams, manage key internal stakeholders and drive management team decisions to support the alliance.

- To deepen existing alliances by leveraging all customer touch points.

- To develop and manage the ongoing relationships with key partners, ensuring engagement through all levels of the organization.

Work Experience Requirements:

- Should come from reputed banking corporate and have relevant experience of minimum 8 to 10 years.

- Check and address Credit appraisal notes based on analysis of business model and financial parameters and suggest related modifications as suitable to maintain proper flow to address areas of the appraisal process.

- Undertaking Due Diligence of the proposed borrower along with relevant internal stakeholders.

- Closely working with the Portfolio team for submission of regular financial updates of portfolio companies, analyzing them and highlighting any areas of discrepancy.

- Regular reviews and monitoring:Responsible for monitoring progress and general performance of borrowers along with the respective Relationship managers along with site visits to company locations.

- Cross Function Team Coordination: Collaborate with team members from Risk/Operations/Legal for requisite work flow and subsequent approvals.

- Ability to grasp concepts quickly, and think beyond traditional methods to exceed client expectations.

- Ability to identify key desires and needs of multiple parties and facilitate effective negotiations.

- Proactive and self-motivated. Action bias with a strong sense of urgency.

- Strong intellectual capacity, a continuous learner, highly analytical, good conceptual thinking skills.

- Detail-oriented while maintaining sight of the big picture.

- Must know local language - to communicate.

Education :

- CA or MBA in Finance.
