Role will include :
- Reporting into the manager recruitment, the incumbent will be responsible for hiring non-technology roles
- Partner with managers to anticipate and meet the evolving needs and enable hiring best talent
- Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels
- Create and implement Employment Marketing Strategies to attract passive job seekers.
- Track and maintain key MIS report to measure recruiting activity.
Skills & Experience Required for Success in This Role :
- Clear understanding of the end to end recruitment lifecycle processes.
- Experience in IT/ Non IT Recruitment (From Sourcing to Onboarding)
- Must have background in hiring/sourcing talent for ecommerce/internet industry.
- Expected to be hands on user of Job Portals and professional network.
- Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and to carry out assignments to completion within parameters of standard accepted practices
Qualifying Criteria :
Education : Graduation in any specialization with relevant experience from a premier institute
Experience (No. of years) : 2 - 5 years in recruiting for e-commerce domain
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Possess working knowledge of MS Office - Word, Excel and Outlook
