mSupply - Finance Executive

Role will include

Finance Executive includes day to day accounting on ERP,

Reconcile bank account on daily basis,

Coordinate with all departments including admin activities and procure admin requirements,

Provide Finance head with financial analysis in forecasting, budgeting, engaging in cost reduction analysis, and reviewing operational performance.

Skills & Experience Required for Success in This Role

Day to day data entry into ERP

Monthly book closure and reporting

Actual vs budgets reporting

Statutory compliances

Daily bank reconciliations

Employee reimbursements handling and accounting

Adhere to accounting policies and procedures of the company

Coordinate with outsourced accounting firm

Manage the treasury operations as per the established goals and objectives

Ensure sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements

Maintain banking relationships

Manage the company's budget

Report to management on variances from the budget, and the reasons for those variances

Compile key business metrics and report on them to management

Create additional analyses and reports as requested by management

Qualifying Criteria

Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance or accounting or MBA in Finance,

Experience (No. of years): 3-5 years

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Ability to present quarterly results.

Possess working knowledge of MS Office - electronic spreadsheets and ERP accounting.
