MSCI - Senior IT Recruiter - BFSI Domain

Position Overview :

The Senior Recruiter will have full life cycle recruiting responsibility supporting all IT business units within MSCI.

Responsibilities :

- Will be responsible for end to end recruitment

- Relevant experience working on IT positions within BFSI Segment .Perform on-site (if possible) and phone interviews for all the potential candidates for assigned requisitions, analyzing cultural fit, potential and clarify current and expected compensation

- Work with recruitment administrator to ensure candidates are properly scheduled

- Develop strategic partnerships with hiring managers

- Ensure time to fill, cost per hire, diversity and client satisfaction goals are met/exceeded

- Ensure all candidates are tracked in recruitment tracking system

- Lead or support Recruitment Head on projects for the region

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree

- At minimum of 8+ years of full life cycle recruitment experience, with a focus on IT

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Excellent customer service skills

- Proficient in applicant tracking systems

- Knowledgeable of local job market, search strategies and talent acquisition tactics
