POSITION OVERVIEW:

The Application Management team is looking for an Executive Director to join the team Mumbai supporting multiple functional and cross functional initiatives. Candidates must be prepared work with groups in global locations to support the firm’s change management goals. The Change Control Manager works with many cross functional teams to effectively manage changes to the Production environments for all applications.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Oversee the Change Control process and effectively communicate Change Control Board decisions across functional teams and management

- Manage the implementation of approved changes for all applications and client facing environments using tools and technology

- Support quality projects, process improvements and business initiatives using change management methods

- Manage audit execution related to application and environment change control

DESIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

- BA/BS in business, finance, computer science, engineering or related field

- Minimum of 10 years practical change control experience

- Minimum of 10 years software audit experience

- Expertise in developing change control requirements and process

- Experience in continuous process improvement from a change management perspective

- Interest in continuing education and certification related to change management

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and organizational skills

- Practical experience with Microsoft Office applications

- Outstanding verbal and written communication
