Responsibilities :

Real Estate Performance Analyst role is associated with the IPD suite of Real Estate Investment Products. The job involves working with Global Private Real Estate Funds and will involve data collation, data quality checks, performance analysis and report generation.

Desired Experience And Qualifications :

- 1 + years of work experience in financial services operations/ service delivery function is required; any exposure to real estate markets would be a plus.

- Bachelors in any finance or engineering related discipline are required.

- Prior work experience in financial services is required; any exposure to real estate markets would be a plus.

- Fundamental knowledge in accounting and finance is mandatory

- Experience working in financial data intensive roles would be advantageous

- Working knowledge of MS Excel skills (required) and knowledge of SQL skills (desirable)
