Skills and Experience:

Technical competencies for the role (Mention Primary and Secondary skills):

1. Relationship building with all insurance companies & Brokers.

2. Understanding the insurance requirements and gathering information and consulting with the best possible solutions as per requirements.

3. Competent in Negotiations Skills.

4. Responsible for managing claims from Intimation till settlement

5. Responsible for preparation of MIS on claims.

6. Responsible for managing day to day insurance requirements with proper data backup.

7. Competent in making business development strategy on corporate insurance with focus on financial gain.

Behavioral competencies for the role (Mention critical skills) :

1. Good communication skills in Telugu, Hindi & English

Experience (what type and how much experience are needed): Minimum 5 years in insurance claim settlement

Qualification (what certifications, licenses and education level required for the role) : Graduate/MBA
