Position - Manager - Process Quality

Job Profile :

- Plan, conduct and Supervise Product and Process Audits. Ensure Process validation and Establish Process Capabilities, Reduce Process Rejection through Analysis of Process Rejection.

- Initiate Actions and Poka Yoke's mistake proofing in rejection.

- Prepare control plan and relevant work instruction.

- Monitor Critical Process Characteristics.

- Establish Process for Customer Complaint Resolution Improvement & sustain quality Management system etc.

Key Skills & competencies :

- Exposure to Process Quality Improvement Processes.

- Process Capability & Six Sigma

- Exposure to IMS (Ts 16949, ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001)

- FMEA & APQP

- Analytical skills & root cause analysis

- Communication & Leadership Quality

- No diploma +BE / B Tech- Full time from good institutes

- Experience 12 to 16 years

- Stability (Should not job hopper)

- Primarily precision machining company experience (Automobile / Auto Component)
