Mrida Group - Business Analytics Role

Job Responsibility:

1. The person will be responsible for investigating and leading change in a wide-range of areas.

2. Evaluate the effectiveness of and estimate the impact of programs to improve customer service and increase customer satisfaction and retention, e.g., loyalty program, fraud detection, chat windows.

3. Improve management of inventory required for a subscription rental business.

4. Assist Accounting team with timely and accurate reporting.

5. mentor, and grow a small team of analysts that support Accounting, Customer Service, and Member Services.

Desired Profile:

1. 4-7 years of experience analyzing data for the purposes of gleaning actionable insights that yield measurable results.

2. 1-3 years SQL programming experience is essential.

3. Strong business judgment and deep analytical skills are required.

4. Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential.

5. Familiarity with Python and/or R is desirable.

6. Advanced degree in statistics, operations research, computer science, or mathematics is preferred.
