Roles & Responsibilities:

- Partner with the Business Leaders to assess, develop, implement, and address talent needs during the time of accelerated growth.

- Collaborate with the HR Head and business leadership team to develop a healthy leadership pipeline for the organization and drive the talent management agenda including Hi-potential identification, succession planning for critical roles, leadership assessment and development planning.

- Actively engage with leaders on the succession plan for critical roles, key talent readiness and progress on individual development plans.

- Engage with key talent and support the development of high potential employees

- Designs scalable career development programs including individual development planning process, improving capabilities of managers to drive effective career conversation, build and retain people.

- Define the career growth and individual development plan, career progression frameworks and competency frameworks across various roles

- Uses data and analytics on talent, in a structured manner, to influence decisions around talent.

- Support in building a robust learning and development agenda that is aligned with business needs.

- Engage with HR partners in the team to execute various talent management and leadership development initiatives.

- Facilitates overall implementation of career mapping of key talent and emerging leaders.

- Contribute to improvement of HR team by leading special projects, conducting research, and analysing employee feedback.

Qualifications & Experience :

- Management graduate with 10+ years of experience around talent management, HR Partnering and leadership development in the IT services industry.

- Demonstrated experience in the design, development and implementation of talent management and leadership development programs.

- Knowledge and experience in the areas of performance management, employee engagement, learning program design and development, talent assessment, succession planning, high potential talent development and leadership development.

- Excellent facilitation and project management skills.

- Strong influencing/consulting skills and promote new ideas and achieve buy-in.
