Roles & Responsibilities:
- Research, develop, and implement cost effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of talent predominantly in the area Data Analytics, Decision Science and Digital Engineering technologies.
- Work closely with Engagement, Delivery and Practice leaders to create hiring roadmaps for the assigned business groups.
- Drive end-to-end recruitment starting from resource requisition to onboarding and maintaining a healthy talent pipeline.
- Collaborate with the business by understanding market drivers, competitive landscape and alignment to business needs.
- Drive process efficiencies, build control and strengthen the in-house recruiting capabilities including operational metrics around lead time to hire and cost per hire.
- Collaborate with marketing to drive employer branding initiatives to build the candidate value proposition in the market.
- Leverage social media hiring strategies to attract and recruit people with emerging skills.
Qualifications & Experience :
- Having around 10 years of experience in in-house recruitment (or) recruitment/staffing firms within the IT services industry.
- Worked in a fast-paced environment and managed multiple hiring mandates
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively to deliver on results within aggressive deadlines.
- Experience in reporting and dashboards
- Excellent interpersonal skills
