Responsibilities:
- Develop business growth plans for eLearning by analysing market trends, benchmarking, customer feedback, media planning, capacity expansion and ensure availability of marketing material.
- Achieve growth and hit sales targets.
- Spearheading new business development and client management across geographies.
- Hands on experience in handling eLearning/ IT Service sales for corporate clients.
- Implement the business plan as laid out by company to expand company's customer base.
- Should be able to develop strong, long-term relationships and referrals with senior management at targeted firms.
- Plan approaches and pitches. Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the client's needs, concerns, and objectives.
- Identifying and networking with prospective clients, generating business from the existing accounts, achieving profitability and increased sales growth.
- Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
