1. Sales Collateral; help with the creation of a wide variety of online and offline materials to support the sales team - brochures, presentations, case studies and pitch decks.


2. Campaign Management; manage a variety of end to end marketing campaigns to drive awareness and leads. You'll be involved in the planning, segmentation, creative and execution.


3. Coordinate with digital agency for the following :


a. Website


b. Social


c. Email


d. CRM


4. Analysis/ROI; pull together data for the Group Marketing Manager and track the marketing spend.


5. Effectively project manage assigned marketing campaigns in their entirety - from planning through to tracking and reporting on return on investment.


7. Liaise and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders, e.g. unit managers, colleagues, customers and partners; ensuring ongoing and continuous communication.


8. Assist in the formulation and implementation of digital marketing activities in line with the overall digital marketing strategy.


10. Develop and implement effective demand generation activities from conception to implementation.


11. Carry out research on market trends, market opportunity, and competitor and target customer analysis to inform future value propositions.


12. Manage the production of marketing communications and promotional materials in line with brand guidelines including writing, editing and proofreading copy, briefing and directing designers, copywriters and printers.


13. Develop suitable campaign briefing documents for partners such as designers and copywriters.


14. Promote adherence to brand guidelines; police, format and print branded documents prepared by non-marketing colleagues.


15. Contribute to PR management, where required and as directed by the Head of Department and Customer Experience.


16. Assist in the coordination and implementation of the advertising strategy.


17. Organise and attend educational seminars and exhibitions and customer hospitality events as required.


18.Generate new franchisees


19.Team management through periodic Reviews


20.Achieve Revenue Generation targets


21.Submission MIS reports, Leads dashboard, Weekly submission of Sales Register


22.Ensure timely Collection as per policy


23.Preparation of MIS and evaluation of performance and taking corrective action


Desired Skills:


- An excellent communicator.


- Have strong personal organisation and project management abilities.


- Have excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications; CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Ad Words etc.


- Keep a pulse on whats coming and have good understanding of office management and marketing principles.


- Resourceful - if you dont know the answer, youll find it or better yet, craft it yourself and share.


- Comfortable originating and developing marketing strategy and creative concepts.


- Have excellent attention to detail.


- Are committed to your own professional development and demonstrate growth mindset.
