Strategy, Planning, and Management : - Mirror the growth agenda of the organization in the Delivery Center. - Collaborate with the CEO in setting and driving operational strategy. - Develop and own the annual budget for the business unit. - Translate strategy into actionable goals for high performance. - Oversee business unit operations and employee productivity. - Build a highly inclusive culture ensuring team members thrive and organizational outcomes are met. - Ensure effective recruiting, onboarding, professional development, performance management, and retention. - Communicate, engage, and interact with the Board of Directors, CEO, and Executive Leadership Team (ELT). Operational Responsibilities : - Directly oversee operations and HR of the business unit. - Lead operations to Excellence and develop new competitive advantages. - Use data and insights to develop market-leading operational efficiency. - Enhance current operations to a high customer and growth-focused center. - Partner with the ELT to budget and allocate sufficient investment capital to develop new and medium-term competitive advantages. - Control business unit costs and introduces tactical initiatives to drive profitability. - Build relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders. - Assess and implement improved processes and new technologies and collaborate with the Executive Leadership Team to implement these improvements on a global scale.
