Primary Duties and Responsibilities :

We are looking for entrepreneurial candidates with excellent interpersonal skills for the position of AVP, Products. These Product Managers improve customer experiences, generate new product ideas, and outline detailed product strategies, among other duties. Product Leaders will need to navigate diverse teams spanning engineering, system operations, customer success, growth, and marketing; requiring both a strong technical background and excellent interpersonal skills.

- Own Product Vision and Strategy

- Determining feature requirements

- Researching customer experiences and demands

- Improving customer experiences

- Managing cross-functional teams

- Managing product road maps and releases

- Understanding product selling points

- Identifying and filling product gaps

- Developing product pricing and positioning strategies

- Working with marketing teams to manage product communications

- Acting as a product evangelist and representing the company at public events.

- Establish, monitor, and manage customer engagement metrics. Monitor and reduce customer attrition (churn).

Qualifications :

- Prior experience in technology/ software engineering preferred.

- Passion for Tech and Product Management.

- Demonstrated ability or passion for growing a business.

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and high-performing environment.

- Highly self-motivated; able to operate autonomously in a dynamic environment
