MPOWER Financing - SEO Analyst - Digital Marketing

- As our SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Analyst, your role will be to monitor, report, and drive our organic traffic that convert into customers.

- The ideal candidate will have the capability to take action on all aspects that impact organic efforts including on-page and off-page techniques, site speed, content, link building, social, etc. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Increasing organic traffic through a variety of platforms including, but not limited to Google and Bing using SEO best practices

- Monitoring site health as it relates to organic traffic - including keyword tracking and trends, and sharply elevating our efforts based upon reactive findings, and proactive needs

- Strategizing and implementing best-practice improvements that drive conversions and engagement from organic traffic

- Collaborating and executing on projects with content and technical teams, as well as third party partners, to support and drive implementation of technical and content initiatives that lead to increased organic traffic and engagement

- Performing ongoing tracking and reporting on key organic traffic and conversion metrics, and implementing actions based on learnings

THE QUALIFICATIONS;

- Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field

- 2+ years of experience in SEO and ranking structures

- A strong understanding of SEO best practices and a step-by-step approach to increasing web traffic while maintaining site health metrics and aligning with brand standards and values

- Familiarity with SEO tools such as GA4, SEMrush, GSC or similar, and a working knowledge of how to leverage them for impact

- A data-driven approach that is closely aligned with the MPOWER mission and driving impactful results that reach students around the globe

- Superior communication, presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to express complex concepts in plain language to reach broader audiences

- A passion for financial inclusion and access to higher education is a must, as well as comfort working with a global team across multiple time zones and locations!

- In addition, you should be comfortable working in a fast growth environment, meaning a small agile team, fast-evolving roles and responsibilities, variable workload, tight deadlines, and a high degree of autonomy.
