Paid Media Analyst - Digital Marketing
THE ROLE:
You will lead Search growth marketing in at MPOWER focused on international paid and organic search. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience and proven success leveraging multicultural marketing and localization tactics to achieve their goals. Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Designing and executing initiatives to drive paid and organic traffic to MPOWER's website and drive leads throughout the funnel
- Collecting data and analytics tools to gauge the success of campaigns &and adjusting plans accordingly to maximize value from advertising and other digital marketing efforts
- Conducting A/B tests, pilots, and other marketing experiments to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, including incorporating SEO best practices
- Analyzing data and providing company-wide reporting using Google Analytics, WordPress, BrightEdge, and similar platforms
- Orchestrating digital content strategies across all online platforms, including our website/blog, social media pages, YouTube, for example, by owning the end-to-end process
THE QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in English, marketing, communications or a related field
- 4+ years of digital marketing experience with an international focus
- Proven ability to design and execute growth marketing campaigns to drive traffic and engagement from online platforms
- Knowledge of SEO, PPC/CPC, SEM rush, and other digital marketing tools and best practices for websites, blogs, social media, and paid media
- Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting and data analysis
- A passion for financial inclusion and access to higher education is a must, as well as comfort working with a global team across multiple time zones and sites!
- In addition, you should be comfortable working in a fast-growth environment, meaning a small agile team, fast-evolving roles and responsibilities, variable workload and tight deadlines, a high degree of autonomy, and 80-20 everything.
