Lead - Talent & Culture ( 5:00 pm - 2:00 am IST Shift ) - Talent and Culture - Bangalore, India


THE ROLE:

- You will be supporting the continued development of MPOWER's values-centered culture and recruiting practice at our Bengaluru office. You will support the strategic and daily HR functions and activities, including Talent support for the global team. The successful candidate will have in-depth experience as a generalist in a fast-paced, results-driven growth stage company. Your responsibility will include but not limited to:

- Serving as the advocate for all team members on HR and culture matters

- Suggesting and implementing initiatives to continually improve the efficiency of the Talent team and the organization, including developing Talent reporting and analytics initiatives

- Owning the end-to-end process of administering benefits, compensation/payroll, and performance management initiatives,

- Collaborating with function leaders and team leads company-wide to encourage adherence to company-norms and practices to support growth of MPOWER's values-based company culture

- Facilitating the onboarding and offboarding process to ensure seamless transitions and positive experiences for employees and their teams

- Ensuring legal compliance with applicable employment laws, updating guidelines and procedures as required

THE QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field

- 6+ years of experience as a Generalist role in a high-paced, fast-growth entrepreneurial environment

- Must have knowledge of statutory compliance - POSH/ EPFO/Bonus Act and S&E Act, FnF process, and others to ensure 100% audit adherence

- Able to work independently and utilize sound judgment and problem-solving skills

- Must have strong verbal, written, analytical, and interpersonal skills, including demonstrated ability to deal with confidential information and sensitive situations with tact and diplomacy

- Must be detail-oriented, with excellent administrative and organizational skills
