mPokket - Strategy Head - Neo Banking - IIM/ISB/MDI/FMS

About the job-role :

As a senior member of the Strategy team, you will be part of a high-performing team and will get an opportunity to demonstrate your leadership skills and work with various internal stakeholders. You will play a pivotal role in influencing strategic decisions for the company to achieve mPokket's longer-term goals.

You will be responsible for :

(1) Working closely with the founder of the company to plan and set-up the 'Neo Banking Business' model.

2) Identify, manage and lead the overall strategy to ensure overall business growth & expansion.

(3) Develop new initiatives, strategic alliances and partnerships.

(4) Conduct outside-in market and competitive analysis to develop key insights.

(5) Utilize marketing intelligence to vet key segments and targets.

(6) Design and implement metrics to monitor the success of processes, and refine the process flow based on actual on-ground feedback.

(7) Work closely with engineering (Tech. & Product) teams to deliver with quick time-to-market and optimal resources/solutions.

(8) Oversee the on-boarding of new business.

(9) Develop account and opportunity plans to coordinate the team to grow sales to advance and deliver results.

(10) Drive product launches including working with the public relations team, executives, and other product management team members.

(11) Define strategic choices and provide fact-based solution recommendations

(12) Develop long-term, end-to-end perspective, and demonstrate the ability to proactively identify strategic opportunities.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- MBA from a Tier 1 B-School in India.

- 8-12 years of work experience in the Financial Services domain with 3-5 years experience of strong understanding in the NeoBanking / Fintech industry.

- Prior experience in sourcing NEO Banking License, setting up the function and preparing proposed Commercials (mandatory).
