Job Description:

We are seeking a Finance Manager who will play a pivotal role in overseeing and enhancing our company's financial operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring various accounting functions, including banking, investments, and taxation, while also spearheading the implementation of new financial initiatives. The Finance Manager will ensure the efficient functioning of internal process controls and must have prior experience in handling Treasury functions.

Responsibilities:

- Banking Operations: Oversee all banking activities and transactions to ensure smooth operations.

- Fund Planning & Management: Strategically plan and manage funds to optimize financial performance.

- Vendor Payments/Investments: Manage vendor payments efficiently and oversee investment activities.

- Monitor day-to-day financial operations: Supervise payroll, invoicing, and other financial transactions.

- Prepare and monitor reconciliation reports: Ensure accuracy in financial records through regular reconciliations.

- Oversee receivables & payable management: Manage the system for receivables and payables effectively.

- Ensure financial compliance: Represent the organization's financial compliance to Auditors, Regulatory Authorities (TDS, GST, PF, ESI), and ensure timely submissions and forecasts.

- Review financial data and prepare reports: Analyze financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports, including projections.

- Present financial reports: Present financial reports to board members, stakeholders, executives, and clients in formal meetings.

- Establish financial policies and procedures: Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.

- Qualified Chartered Accountant.

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

- Knowledge of budgeting, cash management, and financial analysis processes.

- Familiarity with accounting principles, financial statements, practices, and procedures.
