Principal Product Manager

Work experience:

1. 8+ years of relevant experience with 6+ years in Product management.

2. Experience in a large organization or a fast moving young start-up, which has scaled its business up to 1 million active customers in B2C domain or up to $5 million in revenue in B2B domain.

3. Experience in launching a minimum of 2 successful products from Start to Rollout with an agile development process.

4. Have hired, mentored and built a team of Product Managers, Product Analysts and UX designers (or participated in building UX teams), Minimum 3+ people.

5. Min 3 years of experience in providing regular feedback, performance evaluation, retaining and employee exit/transition management.

Education experience and expertise:

1. Masters/Undergraduate from Tier 1 Institutes with a major in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronics, Mathematics/Computing or equivalent.

2. Minimum 2 years of work experience in web/apps development, programming (C/C++, Java etc.) Analytics, Data Science, Management Consulting (Analysts to Engagement Managers) or UX Designers, Product Growth and marketing managers

3. Proficient with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, Google Spreadsheets and wire framing tools like balsamiq, InVision, UXPin etc.

4. Working knowledge of SQL, Python/R, Google Analytics, MixPanel, Tune/AppsFlyer, WebEngage, MoEngage, Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities:

1. Product vision and roadmap ownership for quarterly, annual and long term planning.

2. Product Strategy and long term vision for a suite of products.

3. Products P&L ownership, resourcing and cost optimization.

4. Build & mentor a team of PMs and make them successful in the organization.
